No. Aligned is a curated experience focused on intentional conversations and aligned connections. There are no forced pitches or transactional exchanges—just space to connect authentically.

What should I expect from the panel discussion?

The panel conversation will focus on alignment, decision-making, and intentional growth. Panelists will share real experiences and perspectives meant to inspire thoughtful action not surface level motivation.

Will there be an opportunity to share my business?

Yes. Attendees may choose to participate in the Business Owner Spotlight, a structured, time-limited introduction that allows business owners to share who they are, what they do, and who they serve. This is an optional add-on. There's also a Big Screen Business Card Opportunity where your business care or advertisement will scroll on the screen throughout the event.

What's the dress code?

Elevated or business casual. Come as yourself, but in a way that reflects intention and professionalism.

Is the Business Owner Spotlight a sales pitch?

No. The Spotlight is designed for clarity and visibility, not selling. It is facilitated to ensure the experience remains elevated and aligned for everyone in the room.
